How it works
All our cakes are baked to order, which means that we freshly bake them especially for you. To place an order simply contact us either by phone or email and talk us through your preferences. Once you place your order, we will send you an order form, with a description of your order, payment details and collection address. We are able to offer a local delivery with a small additional cost, so please let us know if that is something you require.

Ingredients & Allergens
We only use high quality ingredients, as we never compromise on quality. We use the finest Belgian chocolate, free range eggs, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and high quality British butter. We offer nut free cakes and brownies, gluten free cakes and brownies and even a vegan cake, if this is something you prefer.

Each of our bakes has different ingredients, but may contain, flour (unless gluten-free), dairy (butter, cream cheese etc.), eggs, soya and nuts (unless nut free). Although some of our bakes are nut free, our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen, therefore, our bakes may contain traces of nuts.

Please speak to us about ANY food intolerance and/or allergies you may have when placing an order. Your order form will detail all ingredients used to make your cake/s, so please read it carefully before making a payment.
Shelf life & Storage
Each of our cakes has a different shelf life. We will discuss it with you upon collection/delivery of your cake/s.

Our brownies can either be kept at room temperature for a week, in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or be frozen for up to 3 months. When it is time to eat, thaw and serve at room temperature
Collection & Delivery
Collection is from New Malden, Kingston-Upon-Thames, KT3. A more specific address will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

We offer a local delivery by a courier service. The following postcodes are included in our catchment: KT1, KT2, KT3, KT4, KT5, KT6, SW20. Delivery cost may vary based the delivery address. Please contact us to discuss the delivery cost.

Cancellation & Payment
We understand that plans can change. You are welcome to cancel your order any time up to 3 days before the collection or delivery date, before we start preparing your cake(s), and we will provide a full refund.
To ensure we can secure your order and begin preparations on time, we kindly ask that payment is made at least 3 days before the collection or delivery date. If payment is not received by this time, we may assume the order is no longer required.
Once your order has been made, we hope you understand that we are unable to offer refunds.
Problem with my order
We care about our customers, as much as we care about our cakes. We strive to deliver a high standard service and nothing makes us happier than seeing our customers enjoy our bakes.
